Vision Express Pragathi Nagar Hyderabad - Branch Review & Rating

 

I purchased sunglasses from Vision Express on January 6, 2024, for ₹2,000. After just 8 months, one of the legs broke. When I took them to the showroom to get it fixed, they refused to help. They had initially promised a 1-year guarantee, but now they won’t honor it. The product is very delicate, and the quality is poor.

To make things worse, even though I provided my mobile number during the purchase, they couldn’t find my bill in their system. I had to show my copy, and they just wrote down the details in a notebook. The store is disorganized and doesn’t keep proper records.

I’m emailing the company about this issue and sharing my experience on social media. Be careful when buying from Vision Express. I recommend recording everything they say during the purchase because they might change their story if something goes wrong. Finally, i have fixed it on my own with Fevikwik, even i buy from a Branded Shop. This shows how much the company guys are giving value to the customers.
